解决客户日常系统操作的问题
管理客户系统中的功能变更并优化系统
负责解决客户反馈的系统问题，调查问题原因，并提供解决方案或联络开发团队解决系统问题。
为客户提供系统最新版本的特性功能和变动部分的培训
保持与重要客户的联系，以寻求新的合作机遇。

任职资格：
优秀的沟通能力以及事务处理能力
具备维护良好客户关系的经验
优秀的商业意识和业务能力
具备优秀的组织协调能力，多项事务处理能力以及突发事件应急能力
优秀的中文表达能力以及读写能力

优选条件：
具有Netsuite或其他ERP 的工作经验
具有相关会计、金融或数学等理工科类学历者优先

NetSuite Support Consultant

Description:

Job Responsibilities:
?
Support Customer’s end users with questions about their daily system operation
?
Manage minor configuration changes to help solve cases and optimize the customer’s system
, netsuite?
Respond to incoming support cases, investigating the cases and providing answers or liaising with our development team to fix any system issues
?
Be familiar with all NetSuite modules as well as the latest features and development changes and help educate our customers about that
?
Interact with the customers’ key-users to identify and support the development of new opportunities
?
Necessary Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
?
Experience interacting with business users and customers in an application support role
?
Good commercial awareness & business intelligence
?
Proven organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and effectively handle time critical issues.
?
Good English and Mandarin spoken & written
?
?
Desired Skills:

Previous NetSuite or other ERP experience as Partner or End user
?
A degree level qualification in Finance, science, technology, engineering or mathematics discipline is an advantage.
